Emergency plumbing Double Bay
Anne was dead tired. This week, it was her turn to host their monthly kitty party. Lunch had gone extremely well. It was hard work, making food and arranging everything. But, it was done and it was thumping success. Now, she could sit back for the next two months while others slogged their backs off!
All that was left to do was plough her way through the stack of dirty dishes in her kitchen sink. She could then sit out in the patio and enjoy the evening breeze. Her legs were killing her and she badly needed to sit down. Just this last stack of dishes, she kept telling herself.

With a hot cup of coffee, Anne went to the patio and lowered herself blissfully into the bamboo swing. She loved this part of the house. It was at the back of the kitchen and it opened into her tiny little garden. She got plenty of breeze on this side of the house.
As she drank her coffee, her eyes went to the wall on her right. She was alarmed to see a wet puddle on the wall. The wall outside was stucco and as Anne peered into the little hole just near the puddle, she could almost see the drain pipe. She tried to insert her little finger and could not feel any wetness near the pipe.
Anne decided that she would have to wait for her husband to come and take a look.
When Andrew came in the evening, Anne explained exactly what had happened. For good measure, she even recreated the same condition and they watched as the puddle formed yet again on the wall. Andrew could make out that water was not coming from the drain pipe, but it was dripping down from within the wall.
They decided that it would be better to call their regular plumber as they might need to dig into the wall to investigate the leak.
